My very first jobs

Heh, if to recall the very first jobs, it was quite far from computers, it was hoeing and harvest. So, agriculture. And only seasonal.

But if to limit to computer jobs, it was maintenance of a PC XT at the Institute of Archaeology. There I used Norton Utilities for my tasks, such as regular defragmentations and periodic HDD recalibrations, and of course changing the ribbon of their dot-matrix printer. They dug dirt in the warm time of the year and documented their findings in the colder time.

It lasted for only about half a year and the salary was 50 MDL/mo. All while being a student in college, in 1991, being just 16 yro at the time. Then my programming talents that I cultivated as a hobby since October 1987 took over and I switched to programming jobs.
